With a flagship in Costa Rica as its beating heart, Holos is growing into a wider network of regenerative communities — each built around presence, practice, and lived experience. New sites are emerging, each carrying its own essence, together forming one living field.

Holos Costa Rica is rooted in the Diamante Valley, on 205 acres of protected jungle overlooking the sacred Diamante Falls — the tallest waterfall in the country.
Pathways are woven through forest and stone. The land itself is part of the offering: a place to slow down, remember, and reconnect. People from all over the world visit Holos for healing, celebration, creative focus, or reflection.
We're a tight-knit residential community. As heart-centered people who share a vision, we've chosen to put down roots here, collaborating in the land's stewardship.
This place offers a return to yourself and Earth. When you come to the land, you become part of tending it.

One person's search for wholeness became a place where others could find theirs. Holos began with a song behind a waterfall and an unbroken thread between Esalen Institute, Stanislav Grof, and the Diamante Valley.
